I get a call at 2am informing me that my flight has been delayed and I will miss my flight from Miami to Belize. Not something you want to hear. I'm flying out of Atlanta to Dallas now and from Dallas to Belize.
The super nice folks at American Airlines got the pleasure of dealing with my groggy butt at 5 in the morning! They were really helpful, put up with my mumbling, and solved the problem right away. I know who I'll be flying in the future.

And it got worse from there. Someone ran into the plane in Dallas so they had to bring in a new plane and move everyone. They didn't leave until almost 6pm. She was supposed to be in Belize by 2:30 - oh well.
